These owner-operators own several Multifamily Properties throughout the Miami area and employ the “Value Add” Strategy.  They buy commercial multifamily properties that receive below market rent with the intention to renovate them and afterward, increase the rent or turn them into short term rental properties.  After they completed the renovation on their most recent project, we pulled their equity back out so they could re-invest into another project.
